If those insurers/funders reject the case their rejection can materially reduce the chances of securing terms with another provider. Some insurers/funders reject over 50% of cases they consider! At TheJudge we approach multiple after the event insurance companies and third party funders (as required) simultaneously to avoid this risk.  
3. Our advice and service is always based upon the client’s needs. We have no reason to promote one product or package over another

5. It won't cost a penny more to use TheJudge. The price of an ATE policy or third party funding arrangement is not inflated in any way by using TheJudge.
