Payment of the Premium
The
majority of quotations received for clinical negligence
cases through The
Judge offer a choice of deferred or upfront payment
terms. Most quotations received through The Judge
are self-insured or conditional-upon-success which means
that client does not have to pay the premium if the case
loses.
