Unlike
other companies we provide independent and unbiased
advice on the range of bespoke civil litigation ATE
policies available on the market place. We
are the chosen broker for a number of the leading civil
litigation teams in the UK and are happy to make
testimonials available upon request.
We
aim to obtain competitive quotations from a number of insurers prepared to
consider civil litigation disputes. We provide helpful summaries of the
quotations offered allowing easy comparisons for the products on offer. These
include details on the Limit of Indemnity, the cover Part 36 risks and the
payment terms for the premium.
No
CFA Requirement
We
can source ATE Insurance and Litigation Funding options
regardless of your retainer with the client.
Accordingly, whether you’re instructed on standard fee
paying retainer, a full CFA or a partial CFA we can
help.
Payment of the Premium
The
Judge will always
seek to obtain a range of options for the client where
possible, including deferred and upfront payment terms.
Most
quotations received through The Judge are
self-insured or contingent upon success which means that
client does not have to pay the premium if the case
loses. This can be arranged for commercial clients as
well as private individuals.
How much cover is available?
We
can source litigation insurance and funding (if
required) for civil litigation disputes ranging from the
smallest cases to the actions (and class actions)
requiring multi-million pound indemnities.
