What makes our team different from others?
We pride ourselves on the basis that we are not “salesmen” for any given insurer or funder. Indeed, most of our staff are legally qualified former underwriters. They are seasoned in understanding what can be done and how.
Our job is more akin to a consultancy role to law firms and their clients. We exist to find the right solution and be the independent contact point for all matters pertaining to litigation risk transfer. In short the client’s needs dictate our approach and not the profits for any one insurer or funder. Our staff understand that “TheJudge” is a respected brand in legal circles and represents high expectations in terms of quality and customer care that we aim to achieve for every client.
