At TheJudge, we are very proud of the online facilities which we can offer to existing and future clients, to streamline the application process.

Our two main facilites are detailed below and include the ATEQuoteEngine (a portal designed for bespoke, one off applications) and TheJudge Online (a facility specifically designed to cater for applications made under delegated authority schemes).

ATEQuoteEngine

ATEQuoteEngine is a web portal offered by TheJudge Limited. This portal can be used by solicitors to search the market for “one-off” ATE insurance with ease and efficiency. It lets you submit and track a bespoke application to multiple insurers simultaneously in a single online environment.

It provides many features and benefits, such as:

  • Tracking your client’s application status from beginning to end using your own unique and secure log-in
  • Comparing bespoke quotations offered by multiple insurers
  • A quote summary table containing various terms on offer from the insurers
  • A facility allowing you to upload documents for insurers’  consideration as part of the application process
  • A dedicated and experienced broker at TheJudge, who will be responsible for managing the case
  • There is no administration fee due to TheJudge for any online application

TheJudge Online

TheJudge Online is a custom built extranet portal for solicitors to access their bespoke After the Event legal expenses insurance arrangements as brokered by the team at TheJudge.

Please Note: TheJudge Online facility is for use by existing scheme clients only and is not to be used in relation to a bespoke applications for ATE insurance - the system is designed to cater for delegated authority scheme applications only.

It is the most sophisticated portal of its kind, customisable by solicitors and insurers to maximise efficiencies and save valuable time. Moreover, the system is designed to assist solicitors in complying with the terms of their delegated authority arrangements when taking out policies.
