TheJudge operates to provide the firm with all the necessary information they need to be able to confidently advise their clients. In addition to providing bespoke in-house training (see training services), we provide early stage advice about possible options for any given case and thereafter undertake market searches to secure appropriate offers of litigation insurance and/or financing, leaving the lawyers to concentrate on running the case. Furthermore, we remain on hand throughout the litigation to assist with any changes in the funding or insurance requirements as they develop.
