Please note there is no requirement for law firms to be instructed on a CFA to secure ATE Insurance or Third Party Funding.

The following are areas that we are typically engaged in:

Arbitration, Banking and Finance Litigation, Insurance and reinsurance litigation, Construction Disputes, Commercial COntract disputes, Contentious trusts and probate, Insurance disputes, International Arbitration, Competition Law, Fraud, Intellectual Property, IT disputes, InsolvencyPensions disputes, Professional Negligence, Property and Real Estate Disputes, Class Actions, Libel and Defamation and Employment Disputes to name but a few. This is a non exhaustive list. Please contact us to discuss your specific case or requirements.

Completely Independent Advice and Support

Unlike other companies, ATE insurers or third party funders direct, we provide independent and unbiased advice on the range of bespoke commercial litigation ATE insurance policies and Third Party Funding risk transfer solutions. We act for the client and not the insurers or funders.

We work with the leading ATE Insurers and Third Party Funders to ensure we can source the right solution for your client. We are regularly instructed by magic and silver circle firms as well as other top 100 and leading regional commercial dispute resolution teams.

ATE Premiums for Commercial Litigation

Regardless as to whether the client is a private individual, impecunious or insolvent, SME or blue chip company, we can usually secure terms with deferred and contingent upon success premiums. This means no premium to pay upfront or at all if the case is lost. If the case succeeds the premium ought to be recoverable from the opponent as part of costs.
