ATE Premiums for Civil Litigation

Regardless of whether the client is a high net worth individual, impecunious or insolvent client, we can usually secure terms with deferred and contingent upon success premiums. This means the client has no premium to pay upfront or an no premium to pay at all if the case is unsuccessful. If the case succeeds, the premium should be recoverable from the opponent, along with the legal costs.
