• Act for over 12 national banks seeking to recover losses as a result of the economic downturn
• TheJudge brokered risk transfer terms for a client involved in a £20m construction claim. Our client is both defendant and counterclaimant,
• We successfully brokered insurance terms for shareholders in a $200m+ claim with a requirement for international enforcement.
• We brokered the risk transfer arrangements for the Atomic Veterans group action against the MOD for compensation following their exposure to radiation in the 1950s.
