SUPPORT
Unlike
other brokers TheJudge is a proven specialist in
recoverability support. Our service to our clients does not
end at the inception of a policy. We work with the client
until they have successful concluded their action and
recovered their costs. We
have had our independent evidence accepted on numerous
occasions in the SCCO and regularly with circuit judges.
In
further recognition of our expertise in the area we are also
the author of the Law Society’s book on Conditional Fees
both second and third editions. We are also regular expert columnists for the law society’s
publication Litigation Funding. TheJudge also acts for
the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association as their
specialist broking advisor.
