Our aim is simple - to obtain ATE and/or Third Party Funding that is best for both you and your clients. We're independent of any ATE Insurer or Third Party Funder and so we work with you to either find or negotiate financial products that match your specific requirements.

We have a large specialist team which includes solicitors and former After the Event insurance underwriters. There is no other company in the UK which has the same breadth of experience in the specialised area of financial risk transfer.
